Sand Creek Studios was established in 2003, by artist Kathy Kwiatkowski. Sand Creek is nestled on the residential property, near Grand Valley State University. I’ve been an artist since age 4. The art journey has taken twists and turns along the way. Sand Creek Studios has many murals inside, which were inspired by my son, Greg. In 2004 I graduated from Kendall College of Art & Design with Honors. My palette usually consists of pinks, blues, greens and purples. I prefer an acrylic medium, although I have worked with other media, such as oils, pen and ink, watercolors and colored pencil. I am open to trying experimental new media. One of my angels appeared on the cover of Strut Magazine Dec. 2004. I've had 3 art shows at Accents Gallery in Grand Rapids, MI. I exhibited two paintings at Bohemia Too during ArtPrize 2010.
